New Conflict of Laws Rules for Contractual Obligat

The topics during this one-day seminar are focused on the Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17th June 2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Rome I) which applies to contracts concluded on or after 17th December 2009 in all EU Member States except Denmark. Also, the relevance of the Common Frame of Reference is intended to be addressed during this one-day conference. The seminar is organized on the 23rd April 2010 at the T.M.C. Asser Institute in The Hague, Netherlands.
