(MISCO) and Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd, which have joined forces in order to benefit from the synergies created by grouping their different areas of specializations. Fenlex Corporate Services Limited was set up in 1998 as the Management Services Company within the Fenlex Group of Companies. Fenlex Group offer Management Services, Trust and Nominee Services and rental of managed office space. The company is also closely associated with Fenech & Fenech Advocates, currently one of the larger law firms on the Island.

Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd. offers a gamut of services through its three departments namely Management Services, Accounts and Administration and Legal Support Services.

Management services and operational assistance is offered to clients (non- resident or resident in Malta) who wish to set up their business. These services include sourcing of commercial property, procurement of office furniture and equipment, technical installations (networks and hardware), negotiation of service agreements with suppliers, finding residential properties to let or purchase and any other service that will ensure that the client requires for a new business.

Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd also incorporates an accounts and administration department which offers a range of services to clients. Over the years, the company developed and introduced the back office solution, allowing clients to concentrate on their core business and contract FCS to administer the company.

Finally, FCS can boast of a highly efficient and well structured legal support unit offering a vast range of services to local and foreign clients. These include incorporation of companies both in Malta and in foreign jurisdictions; corporate domiciliation; company secretary services; nominee (through a licenced company that is part of the Fenlex Group) and directorship services; formation and management of trusts; employment licences; permanent residence permits; application and processing of trademarks both in Malta and in foreign jurisdictions and company searches amongst others.

Market Intelligence Services Company Ltd. (MISCO)

In operation since 1983, Market Intelligence Services Company Ltd. is an independent, professional organization equipped to provide marketing research, training and education, management and marketing consultancy and people selection services.
MISCO has a solid team of people, each carefully selected and extensively trained with a view to guarantee the quality of the service rendered. MISCO constantly seeks to keep abreast with developments in the fields of the services offered and has an extensive network of qualified and experienced consultants in the areas of accountancy, engineering, law, psychology, sociology and marketing communications. Significant investment has also been made to upgrade skills and methods both through training and association arrangements with specialized international organizations for the sharing of technology and information.

MISCO holds a majority shareholding in MISCO International Ltd., a joint venture set up with Synovate plc, which is the research arm of AEGIS Group plc, a global communications specialist. MISCO International Ltd also provides market research services in Malta and in the field of training, a second joint venture has also been established with TACK Training International of the United Kingdom.
